With the growing popularity of combat sports and athletes like Khabib Nurmagomedov, Conor McGregor, Ritu Phogat etc in the country, One Cage League will serve to be a platform of repute to those who plan to test themselves in a cage and dream to compete at bigger or International platforms. 

Our main goal is to unify the existing combat sports into one cage while preserving the rule sets and to provide an International like platform to our Indian athletes.  

Established in 2018, One Cage League (OCL) was founded by International Athletes. At One Cage League (OCL) we pride ourselves in being the first and only ones in India to innovate combat sports into one Mixed Martial Arts MMA cage.

Cage Grappling League (CGL)

Cage Grappling league (CGL) showcases the savagery of submission grappling in a cage. This makes grappling exciting to a whole new level since unlike the mats the positions are not reset in a cage and thus the momentum goes on, adrenaline never stops.   

CGL bouts are contested in prescribed uniform as per the rule set. Bouts will be scored as per the MMA & grappling rules and each bout will have 3 rounds of 3 minute each, while the final or pro bouts will be 5 rounds of 5 minute each. 

Kombat Karate

Kombat Karate is a trademark property of One Cage league (OCL) and is the brainchild of those karate athletes who appreciate the warrior spirit of fighting. It takes the full combat karate to a whole new level where opponents face each other in a cage.  This form of karate entices the best of karateka, who enjoy the opportunity to fight without being held back by the rules of sports karate.

Kombat Karate bouts will be contested in prescribed uniform as per the rule set. Bouts will be scored as per the sports karate influenced rules set without the referee resetting the opponents once a point is scored. Each bout will have 3 rounds of 3 minute each.

(3) Look at the car parked on the driver's side of your vehicle, and the passenger side. If a male is sitting alone in the seat nearest your car, you may want to walk back into the mall, or work, and get a guard/policeman to walk you back out. IT IS ALWAYS BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY.

9. ALWAYS take the elevator instead of the stairs. (Stairwells are horrible places to be alone and the perfect crime spot).
